Peer Experience Exchange Rostrum (PEER) is a non-profit organization dedicated to bring equal opportunity for higher education to secondary school students in rural China. In particular, we work with teachers and students from low-income and ethnic minority areas in southwestern China. through integrative summer programs focusing on liberal arts in a rural setting and service-learning.

PEER’s summer program for rural secondary school students, first started in 2007, cherishes the values of independence, creativity, teamwork, and citizenship through our student centered “PEER Method”.
